I support an employer who uses roughly 500 Visio Diagrams with 2 to 5 pages each which each have identical copyright information in a text box on every page. This copyright information changes from year to year and can be a hassle to update in so many documents.
I'd like to replace the text boxes which currently have this information with a link to a single image which could be delivered in the same folder we use to send the .vsd files. My thought is that replacing one image year to year would be quicker in the long run.
I've been looking for a way to do this without success. Has anyone ever done somthing similar to this?
