One of my users is having intermittent issues with find and drop down windows. He said they are not grayed out but when he clicks on either find or something from the drop down menu, nothing happens. Some days it works and some days it does not work. Does anyone know why there is an intermittent problem? Is there a patch/fix for this issue or is it just a user problem? Thanks for any help.
