I've activated retail copy of Visio Standard 2013, when I tried to install it after this it downloaded the initial file but nothing happened when I ran it. After a couple of attempts I tried the download to disc option which gets to 83% and stops. I've tried downloading on 3 separate machines with the same result.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this ?
I tried contacting Microsoft via phone and chat, aggravating doesn't come close to describing my experience. Tried using support.microsoft.com/oas but it required a product ID (which I can't get until it installs).
I realise this is a Visio 2010 forum but having a bit of difficulty identifying another place to post.
Any insight or help will be appreciated.
