How to Automatically create shapes in Visio Org Chart when a new item adds in linked SharePoint list?

Hi,

How can I implement a visio 2016 diagram which automatically updates when data gets added/updated in SharePoint list?

Scenario: I have created a visio 2016 Org chart and I have linked it with SharePoint contacts list and then if I update an existing contact in sharepoint then visio shape data updates after refreshing visio file but if I add a new contact in contacts list then vision org chart doesn't creates a new shape automatically based on new contact.

am I doing anything wrong or is it feasible to implement this in Visio diagrams?

I am using Visio professional 2016 and SharePoint 2013.
