Need help- I'm trying to develop a floor plan (imagine a small hotel/motel) in Visio (if it will work) for student bed assignments. This is a small community college and we have 240 beds in two buildings.
My question is, if I design a floor plan in Visio, does it have the capability of pulling specific data from a specific table>field into a shape (or bed on the floor plan)? In other words, can I connect a Visio shape to an Access db table>cell?
