How can we move the position of a VISIO shape title?

All of the shapes I've been using so far in VISIO 2010 have the default title position at the bottom of the shape. For example, if you double click on a Person (also called user) shape shown here, in the bottom of the shape you get a blank label where you can type, say, Customer. How can I move that position to the top for example?
