I am working with SharePoint Online. There are a few lists with SharePoint 2013 Workflows. I have Visio Pro 2016 and SharePoint Designer 2013 both 64-bit installed.
When I open a workflow in SharePoint Designer the Export to Visio button is disabled. If I click on Views -> Visual Designer, I get an error message that says, "To use Visual Designer you need to use the same version of Visio Professional which matches SharePoint Designer". If I hover over the disabled Export to Visio button, a popup shows up that says, "To export to Visio, you need to use the version of Visio Professional that matches the version of SharePoint Designer that you're using."
Visio 2013 is no longer available for download from Microsoft. For SharePoint Online 2013 and 2016, SharePoint Designer 2013 will remain to support both. So, something is not working right here. I need this functionality to work because some of the workflows are very complicated to analyze in simple text.
Any work-arounds or patches? I've got the latest updates on all the Office apps.
