Importing Provision Exported Model into Visio

I am trying to import the exported OpenText Provision file (exported in CIF format ) into Visio 2013.

I found that there is no native feature provided by Visio to import the XML or precisely CIF formatted file in Visio. However in the Visio User Guide, there was a mention of VB method (DataRecordsets.AddFromXML) that can be used for enabling the import of XML. Upon doing some research on this, it was found that XML data import to Visio is for data sets and not applicable for CIF formatted file.

Please let me know if it is at all possible to migrate the Provision Model into Visio. If yes, then what are the best way to do so. Also, in case CIF exported format from Provision is non compatible for Visio, then is there any other output format of Provision exported file which is supported by Visio. Also, let me know if the migration is not straightforward but is possible through some OpenAPIs then kindly throw some light on those Open APIs.

Other thing that I want to know about is the Visio limitation with respect to Provison Model functionalities. Would all the functionalities of the Provision model get imported into Visio. If not, then please highlights the features which would not get properly moved into it.
