truncated pictures in visio 2010 professional

Hi all

I'm using Visio 2010 pro. whenever I paste any type or size of object as a picture either in the visio project or in any other software (power point for example) the picture is truncated and I only get the upper left side of it. 
What can I do? Dose it have to do with my settings?

If it matters - I have windows 10 Home (64 bit) & Office Professional 2010 (32 bit)
