VIsio 2016 crashes when trying to close

Hi,

Whenever I try to close Visio 2016, the software crashes, and I get a pop-up window saying that "Microsoft Vision has stopped working... windows is checking for a solution to the problem..." this does nothing. I have to click on "Cancel" to close the software.

Is there any solution for this?
