I have not found any useful templates drawing a sketch of my home network
I did find a simple vss file for home theater
I have added and enahnced this vss file but I cannot attach it here.
Does anyone know of where I can find a suitable template ?
phone + internet + NAS + iptv x 3 + computers x 3 + tablets and smartphones + sound bar + VCR-DVD recorder + Bluray player(s) + multiroom audio - most devices internet connected and interconnected via WiFi or Bluetooth.
I have not even found a template for a typical home gateway (vdsl modem + router + Nat + firewall + switch) or a typical WiFi base station/switch/router/firewall.
I had to invent a diagram for an "ethernet economiser" and find photos of my devices and put them in the very old skimpy vss file for home entertainment which I found at http://www.avsforum.com/forum/19-dedicated-theater-design-construction/1182471-microsoft-visio-home-theater-templates-shapes.html

It was in my opinion just as difficult to use VISIO 2016 trial version as to use freeware DIA to sketch the complex network
