visio pro not installing on multiple pc with singal user

Hi,

We have purchased Ms Visio Pro single licensed and i have installed it in my windows laptop but i am not able to installed it on my mac with the same user as the visio Pro licenses i can use it on 5 pc's & 5 devices mobile & tablet but when i try to installed in on my mac it is not allow to installed it on my mac.

Please help me with the issue ASAP.
