Visio used to be such a nice product before MicroSoft bought it out. I haven't had to build a new diagram for a while and just had to modify an existing diagram. Now, I need to create a new diagram and I can't because the entity relationship
diagram was discontinued in Visio 2013. That was the most useful stencil and you got rid of it? Are you kidding me? Please put it back. For re-engineering, hooking into the database and seeing the data is a nice feature, but not very
useful if you cannot bring forth the entity relationship diagram up onto the blank canvas. For re-engineering, it's more useful to use the Dell - TOAD product (which used to be Quest product). I'm going to see if I can take an old entity relationsihp
diagram, rename it, then modify it ... hoping the old entity-relationship stencil remains intact when I delete the old objects.
