Hi all,
I am currently trialling out a new asset management system from www.manageengine.com called Service Desk Plus. it is picking up the wrong information of Visio 2010. On a workstation it picks up the below
Visio 2010 (registry keys)
Visio 2010 Premium (programs and features list)
Visio 2010 Professional when you go into Visio > File > Help > Product Activated
So my asset management now think there is 3 installs of the same product, am i doing something retarded? I know when you download from the Volume License Center that you can only download Visio 2010 and when you install it does indeed install the Premium version and then you activate it with your Professional key and it will then convert to Pro version.
Does anyone else having same issue with their software asset management program?
