2 questions aimed at reducing the time it takes to create very large gantt representations in Visio.
1. Can I change the default columns that appear after I import data? The default columns are currently "Task Name," "Start," "Finish," and "Duration." I need to add 6+ columns to every chart I create and would prefer not to do it manually every time.
2. Can I sort the order of the data after it has been imported? Can I import the data from an excel spreadsheet that is sorted by resource name, then after importing and creating a gantt, re-order the data so it is sorted by start date?
