Is there a current method or add-in to any version of Visio (currently have 2016 Pro) that would allow you to import AWS diagrams by providing some sort of connector method using an IAM role? Obviously, there are 3rd party services you can pay to
get this but you store your data on their network. I don't care if it's encrypted or "locked" down. I need a thick client managed on my host that autogenerates these diagrams based on recognition. This has to be a highly desired
feature, and I can't believe I can't find a whole lot of chatter on the web regarding this.
