Visio 2013: Enumerate External Data Linked to Shape with VBA

Somewhat new to VBA in Visio, but trying to accomplish the following scenario:

1) Shapes on worksheet linked to external data.

2) External data has multiple columns, "Col1, Col2, Col3"

3) Goal is to write VBA script that enumerates shapes, and then enumerates the Col1, Col2, Col3 values for each shape.

Any suggestions?
