How to save in autocad format retaining attributes

Hello everyone,

I am wondering can I save in autocad format and get usable attributes to dwg or dxf format?

For example if i create a shape with data and would like to have data fields also in CAD side?

or import cad file where is used attributes. Need to modify the file(CAD Import, Conversion to VISIO format, modification for example adding few lines and saving into cad format) and save it back to cad format. Can i retain attributes somehow?
