Visio Freezes and stops responding even when just starting a new blank doc. The ribbon freezes and everything starts spinning circle on the Ribbon. It starts to use 100% of CPU Usage. Have to end task to get out of it. If I relaunch in safe mode it recovers document client was working on. Save file close and reopen Visio it will work for a couple minutes then the it freezes and most of the icons in the ribbon starts the spinning donuts and have to end task. This happens even if you just go into new blank document click on the ribbon freezes and same thing icons on the ribbon start spinning circles and can't do anything.
Started with Repair
Increased Virtual Memory
Disabled/Enabled graphics acceleration
Safe Mode no add-ins enabled
New local Profile
Tried setting Microsoft XPS as default printer
Tried both versions of Visio
Microsoft_Office365VisioPro_16.0 (32bit)
Microsoft_Office365VisioProX64_16.0
Tried Visio in Safe mode works for a couple minutes then it starts freezing and doing the spinning circle on the ribbon.
Ran dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
I've researched online seems this is a known issue. But haven't found a resolution.

The program VISIO.EXE version 16.0.7766.2096 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Any ideas of where to go now, I may reimage to the new 1809 but organization is almost ready to upgrade to that version just not sent it out yet.
