I sent my boss the actual visio model disagram, but while he has visio installed, he is unable to view any of the table information that I stored. I tried saving it as a web page and thought I had lucked out when I saw "CTRL+click a shape in the drawing to view details." on the web page created. But that does nothing. So I tried saving it as a PDF. Same thing. I did see the note regarding my boss's issue, so I'm sending him this link:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826419/en-us
But, why won't it save that information in either the PDF or the web page? It would be beneficial for me to be able to send out a PDF to the higher-ups who don't have visio. Thanks.
