I have a registration key that is confirmed directly from Microsoft (I can see it on my Office.com account) but when the application attempts to validate it, it's not recognized. I can't seem to find any MS resources to assist, short of paying $250 for a support case to be opened. . . any ideas what I can do to get it validated?
Just for the record, this is the second attempted install on my machine, I erroneously attempted a 32bit download, followed by the correct 64bit version.
