How to connect two different ranges of IP Address

Hi All,

In my Office we are using two different ranges of IP (192.168.1.1 & 192.168.2.1)

192.168.1.1 For Internet (ISP)

192.168.2.1 For Local Office Network

If i am using Wi-Fi then i am not able to connect Local network & for the local network i have to go with Lan each & every time.

So how can i connect both network without any additional Hardware Device.
