Can't open visio file with visio viewer 2010 or 2007 in IE9

Hi,

I have win7 64bit, IE9, I installed visio viewer 2010 an I tried to open Visio file, I get this windows

When I click "open" he close this windows and open the same window again.

I tried with Visio viewer 2007 the same result.

I tried to fine an answer in the internet, couldn't fine something helpful.  

Need help with this issue.
