How to copy Visio 2010 Database Modeling to Visio 2013?

I got the answer in another question of mine, Can Visio 2010 Database Modeling Be Copied to Visio 2013*?, that the Visio 2010 database "modeling was a mixture of template (.vst), library/code(.vsl), and stencils(.vss). It was an ADD-ON and not part of the core system."

Can anyone provide a list of what those files were, and how one might copy/install them from a Visio 2010 instance to a Visio 2013 instance to get the 2010 modeling running in Visio 2013?  If someone can put this together, I'm sure that would make a lot of frustrated database modeling people happy.
