I am having trouble installing Visio Professional 2013 on Windows 8.1. I have Office 365 installed, and had previously installed a trial of Visio. I have un-installed the trial version, and am now getting an error 25004 at the end of the install process for the licensed version. The error indicates that the product key is not valid, but there is no option to add or change the product key (very frustrating), and the error only comes at the end of the (very long) install process, also very frustrating.
A couple of other posts have suggested deleting files/directories in the program files/common files directory, but that did not help.
Any other ideas?
