DreamSpark - e5.onthehub.com- Visio - Unpacking error message

Hello,

I keep receiving this following error message from dramspark website when I download any program: "Unpacking error. The product did not unpack correctly. Please download the product again." The file is actually downloaded (100%); and I tried to mount it with no luck. I even tried ISO workshop , it does not recognize this type of file for some reasons, because I think it doesn't unpack correctly as the error stated above.  I also downloaded Microsoft AutoRoute Euro 2013 32/64-bit (English) just to try, and I still receive the same error. When I try to open the file with workshop it can't recognize .sdc file, so the software that I use to mount the download file won't see it. I ran the sdm software, download the file until the end, then there is this error. I don't think I have any problems with popups. On my download folder, I have a 2GB and 700MB of files of microsoft_autoroute and en_microsoft_Visio with SDC files that none of the software seems to recognize. they never unpack correctly in ISO file. Pleas help
