Visio 2013 Org Chart - Is there a way to refresh Exchange Server data?

Once a Visio 2013 org chart is created using the wizard, is there a way to refresh it when the underlying Microsoft Exchange Server data is updated? Or do you have to create the org chart afresh each time?
