Setting the width of a swimming lane in a cross-functional diagram

Hello,

I have a swim lane diagram with 3 lanes. Something is preventing me from changing the width of the lanes. I think that there is some sort of locking or grouping that is preventing this. Do you know how to remove this restriction?
